About
The founder and principal of Smallbite, Hosun(Sally) Lee has 24 years experience moderating, designing and seamlessly executing qualitative research projects. she delivered 300+ projects across a wide range of industry domains including FMCG, retail, Finance, QSR, entertainment, Platform business, beauty and luxury. She holds a Ph.D. in marketing from Yonsei University, Department of Business Administration, and is currently teaching marketing and marketing research at Yonsei University Graduate School of Business, University of Seoul, and Sungshin Women’s University.
